What’s the maintenance like?
“We’ll train you step by step. Generally, you’ll need to run a head cleaning cycle daily or every other day, keep the ink lines clear, and store the printer properly when not in use.”
What about warranty and support?
“We offer a 6-month limited warranty on main components (excluding the print head). We also have U.S. tech support and spare parts on hand, which speeds up repairs if something goes wrong.”
Do you have financing options?
“We occasionally have financing or ‘Same As Cash’ deals. Let me know if that’s something you need, and we can explore the options available at the moment.”
Is my computer compatible?
Yes. All repairs come with a written warranty for your peace of mind.
Print Head Lifespan?
